SOUTH-DAKOTA
This measure would legalize the possession, use, transport and distribution of marijuana for adults 21 and over. It also authorizes the state issue marijuana-related licenses for businesses and imposes a 15% sales tax on marijuana. The measure also requires the legislature to pass laws regarding medical marijuana.
