When is October Prime Day?
This year’s fall Prime Day sale will be live over the two-day period of Oct. 8 and 9. It’ll be the same 48-hour event that we’re used to seeing from Amazon, bringing the regular Prime Day format into autumn for only the second time.
Is Prime Big Deal Days the same thing as Prime Day?
Effectively, yes. The two sales might have different names, but aside from the time of year that each of them takes place, Prime Big Deal Days and Prime Day deliver the same shopping experience. Just as with its summer counterpart, access to the early holiday deals slated for this October is only available to those with Amazon Prime memberships.
What kinds of deals can we expect?
Just as with the summer savings event, October Prime Day is going to be marking down items in just about every product category that Amazon sells. As a kickoff to the full holiday shopping season, this sale will be setting the pace for the kinds of deep discounts we’ll be seeing come November during Black Friday and even into December. We are expecting that some of the deals will be focused on seasonal products for the fall and Halloween, in addition to holiday decor and supplies for winter.
